REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Best Dad Hats, we deeply value customer experience so if there’s ever any problem with your hat, we’ll send you a brand new one, even a different one if you’d like.

If the product is not what you expected, you have 30 Days to let us know and we’ll refund you, no questions asked! We believe in our products so much that we have no problem offering something most of our competitors would lose their sh*t just thinking about doing something like this

After placing an order, if you decide you want a refund, you must have a written request notice and it must be submitted within 24 hours after placing your order to admin@bestdadhas.com. Notices submitted after 24 hour period cannot be accommodated as orders are being fulfilled thereafter.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return notice is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
